How we handle your personal data
Last updated: June 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how HUB26 collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or contact us. We are committed to handling your information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
HUB26 (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.
HUB26, Scandinavia Mills, Hunsworth Lane, Cleckheaton, BD19 4LN.
Telephone: 01274 062000. Email: info@hub26.uk.
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you complete our enquiry form, this includes your first and last name, email address, telephone number (if provided), the area you are interested in (for example offices, gym or spa) and any message you send. If you use the Ask Milly chat assistant, the conversation and any contact details you enter there are also collected so we can respond.
We do not collect special category data through this website, and we ask that you do not send us sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange tours, bookings or memberships, and to provide the service or information you have asked for. Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (which you give when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to and managing enquiries about our services. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately agree to it.
Your enquiry is routed internally to the relevant HUB26 team (for example spa, gym, workspaces or events) so the right people can help you. We use trusted service providers who act on our behalf, including the provider of our Ask Milly chat assistant and our website and email hosting providers. These providers process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again, after which it is securely deleted. Where you become a member or customer, your information is retained in line with our customer records and any legal obligations.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@hub26.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
